We wanted to list the most popular supplements and health trends you've been hearing about, but have decided to alter our approach and research.

After searching TrustPilot.com, we found that a lot of companies have bad, or non-existent, customer service. Most of them use Clickbank.com, which means you can contact Clickbank if you need help, ultimately. This is a bad sign though. If a product really works, it's doubtful they would be hiding like that, making it difficult to reach them, having an email address that bounces, etc.

We've used the Genius Wave recordings and they are very pleasant. Does it work the way it's described? We don't know. But the sounds are pleasant and relaxing. So if it only works due to that mechanism, then yes, it works in a way.

We're not sure about a lot of the others that are being heavily touted, but we wanted to just provide a list, in case you're looking for something specific.
